Hip-Hop Cardio
This 45-minute class is PURE FUN! Think full body workout while incorporating fun (in da club) dance moves to create a long, lean dancer’s body! You will start with a hip-hop warmup, use hand weights for toning, and learn short bursts of choreography to shred your entire body!

Barre
This 45-minute low-impact class will transform your body from head to toe! Barre is a highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. We will utilize the ballet barre, hand weights, sliders, and elastic bands.

Yoga Pants, Yoga Top, and Grippy Socks
Bounce
This 45-minute mini trampoline class is the quickest way to flush your lymphatic system and slim down your entire body! Bounce offers 80% lower impact than a treadmill and is safe for all fitness levels. Utilizing hand weights, resistance bands, and mini trampolines, you will tone every muscle group in the body.

Sweat & Sculpt
This 45 minute HIIT workout will sculpt and tone your entire body! This is a great class for all fitness levels who want a low impact class using heavy weights, sliders, bands and pilates mats.

Registrations are accepted in the order they are received due to class size limitations. To ensure placement in a class and to complete registration, enter payment information and finalize registration at checkout. Registered guests will be notified about their class day, time & instructor via their online studio account.
